About Bia Winters
Bia Winters is a multi-faceted artist with 40 years experience, whose works include painting and photograph. But sheâs best known for her colorful, lively metal mobiles and kinetic sculptures. Some of her major pieces are cut from sheet metal with an oxy-acetylene torch and organized into a pictorial dance in space and light. Bia uses primarily recycled materials and âfound objects,â including reflective chrome, translucent colored fiberglass and resin.
Many of Biaâs works are displayed at The Art Collectorâs Gallery in San Diego and in local Maine-based shows. She enjoys creating personalized commissioned pieces that incorporate both her imaginative style and her clientsâ style and personality.
